Location:
Charlotte, NC (Must be able to work onsite from Tuesday - Thursday (3 days) each week.)
Length : 6+ month Assignment
(Chance of extension or fulltime conversion down the road.)
Pay:
$18 - $22/hour W2
Base pay range $18.00/hr - $22.00/hr
Responsibilities:
Ensure the accuracy of all benefit enrollments in the HRMS and provide vendors with accurate eligibility and enrollment information.
Assist with administration of benefit plans and programs in accordance with company policies and federal and state laws and regulations.
Respond to teammate benefit inquiries to the Benefits Inbox.
Partner with 3rd Party administrators and Payroll to administer paid and unpaid leaves of absence in accordance with policies and applicable laws and regulations.
Assist and provide guidance with benefits enrollment events including New Hire, Life Events, and Annual Open Enrollment.
Supports teammates regarding benefit claim issues and general questions about benefits. Assists with new hire benefit orientation as needed.
Experience:
1+ years of experience working within Benefits.
Specific experience / comfort with Leave of Absence and ADA.
Great customer services skills including empathy and confidentiality.
Must be able to work within Excel to understand spreadsheets including some xLookup and vLookup knowledge.
