The HR Manager will deliver forward-thinking Human Resources leadership and support to a global U.S. manufacturing operation. This role plays a key part in shaping, developing, and executing strategic and operational HR initiatives aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and collaborative HR professional with a proven ability to build trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization. Success in this position requires strong business insight, organizational agility, relationship management, and the ability to drive results in a complex, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to plant and functional leadership on all HR-related initiatives.

Lead full-cycle talent acquisition and onboarding for hourly, salaried, and professional roles.

Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.

Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., OSHA, FMLA, FLSA, EEO).

Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs to support retention and engagement.

Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and development initiatives.

Foster a workplace culture centered on safety, inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Manage and maintain accurate HR data and reporting through HRIS systems.

Develop and deliver training programs on policies, leadership, and employee development.

Champion employee engagement and retention strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing setting.

Strong understanding of employment regulations and HR best practices.

Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, or SAP.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
