What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Architect, prototype, and deploy mission‑aligned agentic AI frameworks and LLM‑powered tools for cyber defense
Deliver working solutions across the TRL spectrum through rapid iteration from concept to prototype
Advance secure AI practices by applying Secure‑By‑Design, Zero Trust, and red teaming approaches
Collaborate with a team of researchers to identify synergies and enhance enterprise‑wide capabilities
Assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of AI/ML models for various applications
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 0+ years of relevant technical experience for T1 or 2+ years for T2
Basic understanding of secure architectures including Zero Trust and Secure‑by‑Design patterns
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance
Hands‑on experience building AI/ML systems, particularly leveraging LLMs or autonomous decision systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.)
Experience with adversarial machine learning, reinforcement learning, or multi‑agent systems in cybersecurity contexts
Familiarity with evaluating and fine‑tuning open‑source models
Knowledge of federated learning or edge AI deployments for cyber‑physical systems
Experience working with technology vendors and academic researchers, as well as leading multi‑disciplinary research teams
