We’re looking for a skilled attorney to focus on construction defect litigation—defending (and sometimes prosecuting) claims in the building industry, handling everything from pleadings to trial strategy. Fully remote,
must be admitted to the Nevada Bar in good standing . You’ll join a supportive, growth-minded team that values sharp legal work and real outcomes. Bonus structure includes monthly performance bonuses and a year-end discretionary bonus. Base Pay Range
$160,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr ✅ What You’ll Do
Manage a caseload of construction defect matters: defect claims, warranty issues, latent-defect disputes, contractual warranty defenses, and associated coverage issues. Draft and argue motions, draft pleadings, take and defend depositions, prepare for and attend hearings/trials. Collaborate with other attorneys, experts (engineers, architects), adjusters and risk carriers to strategize on defense or resolution. Perform legal research on relevant construction law, warranty statutes, building code issues, duty to defend/indemnify disputes, and emerging trends in defect litigation. Admitted to the Nevada Bar, in good standing (required). Preferably 2+ years of litigation experience, with significant exposure to construction defect or related construction/engineering litigation. Comfortable working remotely and autonomously, yet enjoys collaboration and mentorship. Skilled with litigation processes: drafting motions, discovery, deposition strategy, settlement negotiations, and trial prep. Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience). Monthly performance bonuses tied to key metrics (caseload management, client satisfaction, outcomes, business development contribution). Year-end discretionary bonus, based on individual performance and departmental results. Fully remote setup—work from anywhere in Nevada. The annual salary for this position is between
