AdRoll is seeking an Account Executive to join our North America sales team. In this role you’ll evangelize our full funnel performance marketing platform, build strong relationships, and win new logos. We value hunting, strategic thinking, collaboration, and high drive.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: identify, nurture, and close new business opportunities.
Consistently achieve quarterly sales quotas via a robust pipeline and outbound sales strategies.
Conduct consultative sales calls and presentations, deeply understand customer needs, and position our solutions effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and smooth onboarding.
Share valuable market insights and customer feedback to influence product development.
Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of full‑cycle SaaS, advertising technology, or digital advertising sales experience with quota‑carrying in a fast‑paced, competitive market focused on net new logos.
Strong prospecting skills across multiple channels – phone, LinkedIn, video, email.
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex sales processes.
MEDDPICC qualification experience.
Experience with a sales methodology such as Force Management, Challenger, or Sandler.
Understanding of the digital marketing and adtech ecosystem.
Strong analytical skills; proficiency with Salesforce and Excel.
Existing relationships with D2C brands.
A self‑starter mentality with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.

Compensation Minimum base salary of $98,600 to maximum base salary of $101,850 + commission + equity + benefits. On‑target earnings
$182,410 – $188,422 paid quarterly based on sales targets.
