What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within enterprise accounts

Leverage a variety of prospecting strategies to build a healthy pipeline of qualified leads

Engage with senior executives to understand their business challenges and decision-making processes

Articulate the employer's value proposition and demonstrate its solutions for IT operations

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful customer engagements and proof‑of‑concepts

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 6 years of direct enterprise software sales experience in ITOM, ITSM, NPM, APM, or related domains

Proven success in uncovering opportunities through creative prospecting tactics

Full ownership of the end‑to‑end sales process

Strong reputation for exceeding sales quotas

Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for managing pipeline and forecasting accuracy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience utilizing a defined Sales Methodology, specifically BMANTR

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
