Experience & Education

7+ years of senior leadership in private clubs, resorts, or upscale hospitality Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (CCM preferred) Proven experience managing diverse, seasonal operations and high‑quality member services Skills & Characteristics

Strong financial and operational management capabilities Excellent communicator and relationship builder Solutions‑driven, detail‑oriented, and calm under pressure Energetic, emotionally intelligent, and passionate about creating exceptional member experiences A love for lake life and a desire to foster community Essential Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

Execute strategic plans and uphold Board‑approved policies Partner with department heads and committees to align operations with Club objectives Oversee daily operations across all departments and amenities Board & Governance

Serve as the primary liaison to the Board and committees Prepare reports, updates, and strategic recommendations Ensure compliance with club policies, laws, and regulations Financial Oversight

Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets Monitor financial performance, cash flow, and vendor relations Drive revenue opportunities and cost control Team Development

Hire, train, and lead both seasonal and full‑time staff Foster a culture of hospitality, service, and continuous improvement Ensure seasonal workforce planning aligns with Club needs Member Engagement

Be a visible ambassador of the Club and build strong member relationships Lead programming, events, and marketing efforts that promote member satisfaction and retention Continuously enhance the member experience through feedback, innovation, and benchmarking Facility & Asset Management

Ensure safety, appearance, and maintenance of all Club facilities and grounds Manage capital projects and environmental stewardship efforts Maintain licensing and regulatory compliance (especially for marina/waterfront operations)
