Solutions Engineer
who’s eager to blend technical problem‑solving with customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone early in their career — with roughly
2+ years of experience
in a
client‑facing technical sales
or
software engineering
role — who’s excited to grow into a trusted advisor helping customers adopt innovative, AI‑powered software development tools.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to demonstrate value, solve complex problems, and help shape how customers experience the platform. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact opportunity to accelerate your technical career at the intersection of software development and AI innovation.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Account Executives to understand customer challenges and design effective technical solutions.
Deliver engaging demos and assist with Proofs of Value (PoVs) that highlight the power of the platform.
Translate technical details into clear business outcomes that resonate with stakeholders at all levels.
Gather and relay customer feedback to influence future product improvements.
Support key pre‑sales activities, including security reviews, documentation, and solution scoping.
Stay current on industry trends, particularly in AI, developer tools, and cloud technologies.
Collaborate on internal enablement materials and playbooks to improve team efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
2+ years
of experience in a
client‑facing technical role
(Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Software Engineer).
A strong interest in
AI, DevOps, and software development tools .
Comfort engaging both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Familiarity with one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go).
Working knowledge of
cloud platforms
such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with curiosity to learn and grow fast.
Bonus Points For:
Exposure to CI/CD, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), or infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Terraform).
Experience using or supporting developer tools, SDKs, or APIs.
