Role Overview – Enterprise Solutions Engineer Enterprise Solutions Engineer serves as the technical backbone of the sales organization — partnering with enterprise customers to architect, demonstrate, and deliver impactful solutions. This role requires a strong technical foundation and the ability to engage deeply with engineering and architecture teams while aligning outcomes to strategic business goals.
You’ll act as the bridge between technical possibility and customer value — collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to help the world’s most innovative companies modernize their development lifecycle through AI-powered tools.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to design, scope, and deliver tailored solutions that solve complex customer problems.
Lead technical discovery and architecture sessions to uncover customer pain points and design scalable solutions.
Build and deliver impactful demos and Proofs of Value (PoVs) that show real-world ROI and technical depth.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, ensuring seamless handoff into post‑sales implementation.
Own responses to RFPs, security and compliance questionnaires, and architecture reviews.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share customer insights, influence roadmap priorities, and improve product fit.
Develop internal tools, scripts, and automation that enhance efficiency and consistency across the Solutions Engineering team.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years
in a
customer-facing technical role
(Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Software Engineer).
Strong
technical expertise , with the ability to dive deep into code, infrastructure, and system architecture.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
— including version control, build processes,
CI/CD pipelines, containers, and microservices .
Solid grasp of cloud platforms
such as
AWS, GCP, or Azure , and how applications interact within distributed systems.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure‑as‑code tools
like
Terraform
or
CloudFormation .
Experience with DevOps, observability, and developer productivity tooling
(GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Datadog, or Prometheus).
Comfort presenting complex technical concepts to both engineers and executives, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
