About The Position
Develop a network of window dealers promoting Sierra Pacific Windows across Ohio, West Virginia, and Western Pennsylvania.
Educate dealer sales teams to promote Sierra Pacific’s brand to builders and architects.
Support dealer sales teams in properly quoting and placing orders directly.
Professionally present products to builders, architects, and dealers.
Prospect for new dealer accounts.
Continuously grow sales throughout the territory.
Possibly travel overnight as required.
Qualifications
2 years’ experience in wood/clad window and door sales.
In-depth product knowledge and familiarity with the builder community.
Ability to set, prioritize, and meet goals and objectives.
Strong customer service and negotiating skills.
Excellent communication, computer, and math skills.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively.
Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel.
