Responsibilities

Responsibilities include: Customer & Group Support

Act as the primary contact for assigned Groups, providing expertise in car sales processing, accounting, and compliance Deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers Communicate weekly, monthly, and annual reports to Groups Lead group calls to review reporting and performance metrics Operational Oversight

Monitor daily reporting to ensure timely completion and funding of car sales transactions Assist with processing transactions throughout the month Resolve issues related to funding, data entry, and collections Handle branch-specific requests such as auditing files, managing returned vehicles, and scanning documents Collaboration & Relationship Management

Partner with Groups and Shared Services to identify trends and resolve problems Build and maintain strong relationships with teams and vendors Participate in meetings to share insights and improve customer experience In addition to these job functions, candidates will also need to display proficiency in the following Competencies: Executing Working With a Team Customer Service Detail-Oriented Analyzing Communication Flexibility Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications

Minimum: High School Diploma/GED Required Two (2) years or more years of customer service experience Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future Preferred: Two (2) years of administrative support experience
