Responsibilities

Serve as the main contact for sales staff and local admin offices.

Ensure car sales files are processed accurately and on time.

Liaise with lenders and product vendors to support dealership operations.

Answer funding‑related questions and provide expert guidance.

Participate in strategy meetings to improve processes and customer experience.

Act as the primary contact for assigned Groups, providing expertise in car sales processing, accounting, and compliance.

Deliver high‑quality service to internal and external customers.

Communicate weekly, monthly, and annual reports to Groups.

Lead group calls to review reporting and performance metrics.

Monitor daily reporting to ensure timely completion and funding of car sales transactions.

Assist with processing transactions throughout the month.

Resolve issues related to funding, data entry, and collections.

Handle branch‑specific requests such as auditing files, managing returned vehicles, and scanning documents.

Partner with Groups and Shared Services to identify trends and resolve problems.

Build and maintain strong relationships with teams and vendors.

Participate in meetings to share insights and improve customer experience.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to build relationships across teams and with external partners.

A proactive mindset and attention to detail.

High School Diploma/GED required.

Two (2) years or more years of customer service experience.

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

Two (2) years of administrative support experience.
