Competitive base salary: $200,000 – $250,000, with total annual compensation significantly higher based on performance and case outcomes

Senior Employment Law Associate – Requirements and Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar license

5‑10 years of civil litigation experience, including wage and hour, class action, or PAGA matters

Proven success handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice in complex cases

Exceptional legal writing and research skills with experience drafting dispositive motions and appellate briefs

Ability to manage multiple cases with precision and meet strict deadlines

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work

Preferred Background and Skills

Prior experience with plaintiff‑side employment litigation (defense‑to‑plaintiff transitions welcome)

Deep understanding of California wage and hour laws and class action procedures
