The Associate Director will lead the development and implementation of the comprehensive omnichannel marketing plan for a first‑in‑class HER2‑targeted bispecific agent (gecaesophageal adenocarcinoma) and its biliary tract cancer indication. Responsibilities include leading strategic digital HCP plans, executing patient engagement strategies, managing cross‑functional agencies, and driving product adoption across FDA‑approved indications. The role reports to the Senior Director.

Essential Functions

Lead omnichannel strategy for the brand across two indications and four key audiences (HCPs, nurses, patients, pharmacists); execute strategy with cross‑functional teams.

Develop patient engagement strategy and tactical components (starter kits, messaging, CRM, etc.).

Serve as primary lead for HCP omnichannel marketing tactics (print, digital, paid search, programmatic, social, AI, websites, HCP CRM).

Own brand engagement strategy and quickly understand complex markets, disease states, competitive landscapes, and managed care dynamics.

Collaborate with functional partners to conduct market research, evaluate third‑party data, and use omnichannel dashboards.

Provide omnichannel strategy thought leadership across marketing, medical, and market access.

Manage vendors, including media agency and medical communications agency.

Partner with PMRC, strategy, and business operations for vision execution and budget management.

Coordinate customer insights and hybrid omnichannel/field tactics with sales and field teams.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

7+ years in marketing (or related commercial) within biotech/pharmaceutical industry.

Proven omnichannel experience.

Launch experience preferred.

Oncology experience preferred.

Ability to thrive in a high‑paced launch environment.

Initiative and results orientation.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Excellent interpersonal collaboration.

Analytical, problem‑solving, strategic planning, project management skills with detail orientation.

Approximately 30‑40% travel required.

Required / Preferred Education and Licenses

Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences or related discipline (preferred).

Graduate degree preferred.

Compensation (U.S. candidates only) Base pay range: $176,000.00 – $264,000.00 inclusive of bonuses and equity as per company plans. Total compensation may include discretionary annual bonus, incentive compensation, equity grants, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid vacation.
