Responsibilities

Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Identify and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.

Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and sales progress.

Set personal performance goals aligned with company objectives.

Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.

Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess needs.

Collaborate with team members to share best practices.

Monitor and report on competitor activities in the market.

Experience/Qualifications

Proven experience in account management or sales roles.

Excellent communication skills for client relationship management.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

Strong understanding of CRM tools for tracking client interactions.

Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Ability to work independently and take accountability for success.

Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.

Strong problem-solving skills to resolve client issues effectively.

Experience in preparing and presenting performance reports to management.
