Full Time Night Auditor – $22-26/hour
Be a part of the newly opened Homewood Suites/Hampton Inn Boston Woburn.
We are looking for detail‑oriented individuals who enjoy serving guests. This position can be part‑time (16 hrs/week on Fridays & Saturdays from 11:00 pm – 7:00 am) or full‑time (up to 40 hrs/week with additional shifts).
Working at the front desk puts you at the hub of the hotel and the heart of the guest experience. Your keen sense of proactivity, responsiveness, and caring will make all the difference.
Role Responsibilities
Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times.
Maintain a high level of service and hospitality.
Promptly and effectively resolve guest concerns to satisfaction.
Post guest charges, collect payments, and follow all cash‑handling procedures.
Handle guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism.
Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand and travel programs.
Communicate guest comments and concerns to various departments and management.
Respond quickly to incoming calls and lobby visitors needing front desk assistance.
Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
