Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Analyzing production costs and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
Preparing and maintaining detailed cost reports and forecasts.
Collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate cost allocation.
Conducting variance analysis between budgeted and actual costs.
Assisting in the development of cost accounting systems and procedures.
Supporting month‑end and year‑end financial close processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as a Cost Accountant or similar role.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
Knowledge of ERP systems and cost accounting standards.
