HR Coordinator – North Aurora, IL
Established manufacturing company is seeking an HR Coordinator for an immediate Direct Hire opening! This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow their HR career.
Base pay range:
$23.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Responsibilities:
Assist with employee inquiries on benefits and support open enrollment processes.
Assist employees with FMLA, short-term disability, and other leave types, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Generate basic reports for payroll, benefits, attendance, and headcount, and assist with data entry into the HRIS system.
Assist with recruiting efforts, coordinate screenings and onboarding, and maintain applicant tracking systems.
Maintain employee files and documentation, and assist with general HR administrative duties.

This position will be working in‑office Monday‑Friday.
Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
1‑2 years of HR or administrative experience (within a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred but not required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
