LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator who will provide administrative and operational support to the HR department, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services and compliance with organizational policies. This role assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR record management.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate job postings, schedule interviews, and assist with candidate communication. Prepare and distribute new hire documentation and facilitate orientation sessions. Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems. Process employment changes, terminations, and status updates. Support benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities. Provide support for performance review processes. Generate HR reports on headcount, turnover, and other metrics as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. At least 2 years of HR experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Hours:
9:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday Worksite Type:

$26.00 to $32.00 per hour
