Responsibilities
Collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics to support critical business decisions.
Prepare reports and deliver insightful business intelligence on HR key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
Work independently to resolve complex HR data and analytical challenges requiring advanced judgment and initiative.
Duties and Accountabilities
Develop, analyze, and maintain accurate HR ad‑hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on recruiting effectiveness, headcount, engagement, turnover, demographics, accident trends, and compensation analyses.
Analyze global HR expenses monthly to identify discrepancies and cost‑saving opportunities; provide updates to the Vice President of Human Resources.
Create HR reporting templates and dashboards to streamline data input and enhance reporting accuracy.
Support forecasting of annual HR headcount and budget projections in collaboration with senior leadership.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to provide analytical support for business decisions and meaningful metrics that assess HR performance.
Compile key HR metrics from HRIS modules and generate reports for business users and leadership.
Collaborate with Corporate IT and the Corporate HR team to document reporting requirements, design, develop, and deliver HR reports.
Continuously enhance existing HR reporting processes through automation and quality control to ensure data accuracy.
Monitor the effectiveness of HR reporting products, modify existing reports, or operationalize new reporting methods as needed.
Identify and recommend reasonable short‑ and long‑term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key HR performance metrics.
Design and maintain an HR dashboard.
HRIS Support
Partner with Corporate IT and HR leadership to develop reporting systems in SuccessFactors – Employee Central, creating real‑time dashboards of key performance metrics.
Review SuccessFactors system updates to ensure data integrity and correct discrepancies.
Create and implement training on standard reporting for HRIS users.
Develop and maintain desktop procedures for all standard reports.
Provide support for assigned HRIS projects.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
Four or more years of experience developing reports from databases and manipulating data with Microsoft Excel.
Four or more years of experience creating presentations using PowerPoint.
Five or more years of experience in HR analytics.
Required Skills
Strong work ethic, detail‑oriented, and superior analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with close attention to detail and accuracy.
Independent and proactive, with tact and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (reporting, macros, pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
Advanced reporting in SuccessFactors HRIS, including development and maintenance of KPI scorecards.
Preferred Experience and Skills
Expertise with HRIS software, including learning management and performance management modules.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and compensation modules.
Prior compensation matters experience in a corporate office setting.
Compensation $74,000 - $85,000 annually.
