Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $58,000.00/yr
The ideal candidate will handle full-cycle accounts payable, assist with month-end close, and support billing, reconciliations, and general ledger analysis. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Experience working with Solar Eclipse and Microsoft Great Plains accounting systems is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Process and code vendor invoices, match POs, and prepare payments (checks, ACH, wire).
Reconcile accounts, assist with month-end accruals, and support audits.
Handle daily invoicing, billing, and expense reimbursements.
Prepare Excel reports and assist with ad-hoc accounting projects.
Batch process invoices, run related reports, and balance to ensure accuracy of postings.
Analyze discrepancies in general ledger expense accounts as requested by the Controller.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting.
Proficiency in Solar Eclipse and/or Microsoft Great Plains ERP systems.
Strong understanding of accrual-based accounting, journal entries, general ledger reconciliation, accruals, and prepaid expenses.
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
