Description As a Line Cook you will prepare and cook meals to the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will work in a fast‑paced kitchen, assisting with ingredient prep, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with the kitchen staff to deliver timely service. This role requires a love of culinary arts and a commitment to teamwork.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards.

Assist the kitchen team in the preparation and organization of ingredients for service.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.

Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.

Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures while adhering to food handling and storage guidelines.

Communicate effectively with team members and front‑of‑house staff to ensure a smooth flow of service.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience working as a line cook in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures.

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast‑paced environment.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high‑quality food standards.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Food safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Strong background and experience in managing a pasta station required.
