Hourly Rate: $80 - $95 (commensurate with experience and specialty focus)

Schedule
Position Type: Full‑Time (40 hrs/week) or Part‑Time
Schedule: Flexible hours based on your availability
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., FBA, VB‑MAP, ABLLS)
Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Provide supervision, training and support to RBTs and behavior technicians
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care
Monitor client progress and update goals based on data
Maintain compliance with ethical, clinical and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or a related field
Experience developing ABA treatment plans and supervising staff
Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills
A deep commitment to client success and continuous professional improvement
