Salary Range: $85000 $90000 annually A generous Sign On Bonus
(Sign On Bonus) Our Sign On bonus will be at 10000 for your first year of employment
About Us For over 50 years the Center for Developmentally Disabled (CDD) has supported individuals with developmental disabilities throughout the Kansas City metro area.
Were a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people live with dignity independence and opportunity and were looking for a compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help us continue that mission.
What Youll Do Conduct functional and skill-based behavior assessments.
Develop and monitor Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) focused on skill growth and reducing challenging behaviors.
Incorporate Gentle Teaching principles to build safe supportive relationships.
Train and mentor staff guardians and families on BSP implementation.
Analyze behavioral data and document measurable progress.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align care strategies and celebrate progress.
What Youll Bring Masters degree in Behavioral Analysis Education Psychology or a related field.
Current BCBA
certification and Missouri Behavioral Analyst license in good standing.
If not current conversations about where in the process you are will happen during the interview process
Strong leadership communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and data-driven documentation.
