Full-Time | Kansas City, MO Salary Range:

$85,000 – $90,000 annually + A generous Sign On Bonus Sign On Bonus:

$10,000 for your first year of employment

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) About Us For over 50 years, the Center for Developmentally Disabled (CDD) has supported individuals with developmental disabilities throughout the Kansas City metro area. We’re a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people live with dignity, independence, and opportunity — and we’re looking for a compassionate Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help us continue that mission.

What You'll Do

Conduct functional and skill‑based behavior assessments.

Develop and monitor Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) focused on skill growth and reducing challenging behaviors.

Incorporate Gentle Teaching principles to build safe, supportive relationships.

Train and mentor staff, guardians, and families on BSP implementation.

Analyze behavioral data and document measurable progress.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align care strategies and celebrate progress.

What You'll Bring

Master's degree in Behavioral Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field.

Current BCBA certification and Missouri Behavioral Analyst license in good standing.

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and data‑driven documentation.
