What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and maintain go-to-market (GTM) messaging, sales playbooks, and competitive battle cards

Lead sales enablement programs focusing on business development proficiency and deal execution

Create actionable sales playbooks for new/updated solutions and certify field teams

Manage the enablement library content, ensuring version control and accessibility

Track adoption and impact metrics, adjusting programs based on performance outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of a degree or equivalent experience, typically requiring 4+ years in Sales/Revenue/Field Enablement or Sales Strategy

Proven impact on ramp and win rates from previous roles

Experience in building onboarding and training curricula for Account Management and Business Development

Strong writing skills for GTM content and experience with content governance tools like Highspot

Proficiency in Salesforce and Outreach.io, including Kaia

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Proven success in developing go-to-market plans and sales plays

Familiarity with marketing concepts and customer messaging

Background in designing sales processes, training programs, or onboarding frameworks

Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to drive unified sales initiatives
