The individual in this role will play a crucial part in directing our in-house construction teams, crafting and executing effective delivery strategies, and enhancing internal processes to support our expanding portfolio of ready-to-build projects. Ideal candidates will bring extensive hands-on experience in large-scale renewable energy or solar infrastructure projects and have a proven history of success in senior management positions. The Senior Vice President will oversee the entire lifecycle of EPC management, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities will include managing ongoing construction at various sites, supervising contractor performance, and leading a diverse team of project managers, engineers, and site staff. This role necessitates close collaboration with legal, development, operations, and finance teams to facilitate seamless project transitions from design to execution. The right candidate must possess expertise in construction planning, cost management, permitting, and safety compliance, along with strong skills in cross-departmental coordination and stakeholder negotiations. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a relevant field is required, and a project management certification would be advantageous.
