What you will do: The
Nursing Supervisor
will work within the Nursing Administration Dept. and assures the application of standards for nursing practice through observation, supervision, intervention, and evaluation. She/he will act as a role model, resource and communication link to coordinate nursing and other hospital services to assure safe patient care. The Nursing Supervisor is also responsible for administrative decisions which assure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Five (5) years or more experience as a staff nurse with progressive leadership responsibility
Must have a current Maryland RN licensure and CPR certification
Associates of Nursing required, Bachelors Degree strongly preferred

Salary Range: Minimum 74.80/hour - Maximum 74.80/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
