Provide key coordination support across multiple research studies within the Integrative Science for Healthy Aging lab, ensuring effective management of study operations and adherence to research protocols. Co‑ordinate participant recruitment, screening, scheduling, and communication to support study follow‑up and retention. Conduct participant assessments, including consent appointments, clinical interviews, cognitive testing, and program‑based interventions. Develop study materials such as protocols, SOPs, checklists, and manage REDCap projects ensuring accurate data collection and database maintenance. Manage lab operations by training research assistants, overseeing certifications, coordinating training sessions, and maintaining lab resources and equipment. Prepare grant‑related documents, participant demographic reports, and administrative tasks such as travel arrangements and expense reports. Track and manage grant budgets, process lab purchases, coordinate procurement, and oversee participant incentive payments. Maintain up‑to‑date records of project expenditures, subscriptions, and inventory for timely renewals and reordering. Support community engagement by coordinating outreach activities, managing engagement resources, and facilitating recruitment events. Prepare event materials and collaborate with community partners to promote study participation and program visibility. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and two years of experience; or high school diploma/equivalent and experience equal to six years. University Information
