We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will be pivotal in fostering an Agile environment and guiding cross‑functional teams toward successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the team’s Scrum facilitator and Agile coach, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
Guide the team in self‑organization and foster a collaborative environment to enhance project performance and efficiencies.
Remove impediments that hinder the team’s productivity, facilitate conflict resolution, and nurture team dynamics.
Conduct Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring maximum team engagement and productivity.
Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and ensure clear understanding of product goals and deliverables.
Track, manage, and communicate team progress, performance, and project metrics to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Promote continuous improvement within the team by encouraging an Agile mindset and adopting new technologies, processes, and methodologies where appropriate.
Act as a change agent to drive organizational and process improvements using Agile best practices and principles.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in an Agile environment.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) desired.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum processes.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar is advantageous.
