Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney

Base Pay Range $100,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year

About the Firm We are a Jacksonville-focused personal injury firm that fights for the rights of our clients. We serve injured clients across Florida.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution, including auto accidents, premises liability, and general negligence cases.

Oversee all aspects of litigation pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trials.

Develop case strategies to maximize outcomes for clients.

Conduct client meetings to gather facts, provide updates, and advise on legal options.

Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel.

Collaborate with investigators, medical providers, and expert witnesses to build strong cases.

Maintain accurate case files and meet all court deadlines.

Qualifications

Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar.

Minimum of 5 years of experience handling personal injury cases on the plaintiff side.

Proven litigation skills, including courtroom and trial experience.

Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide clients through stressful situations.

Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
