Save Job

Meet ACQ: At Acquisition.com, we’re a team of entrepreneurs on a mission to make real business education available to everyone. There are 34 million small and medium businesses in the United States. They’re the backbone of the economy, but many will never reach their full potential because the education available to them is outdated, impractical, and built for classrooms instead of companies.

We’re fixing that by giving founders and business owners the tools, knowledge, and support they need to grow. The proof is in our results:

Built an Advisory Practice that’s already served more than 3,500 clients in its first year

Broke the world record for non-fiction book sales in 24 hours with $100M Money Models

Scaled to nine figures in 18 months without any outside capital

We believe in high standards, hard work, and helping others win. If that resonates, you’ll feel at home here.

Role: About the Advisory Practice Our Advisory Practice is a core pillar of our company and the leading source of advice and guidance for small and medium businesses.

Through hands‑on consultation, we meet founders and business owners where they are, help them identify what’s holding them back, and equip them with the tools, frameworks, and accountability to move forward.

The centerpiece of the Advisory Practice is the Boardroom: a live advisory experience that combines the focus of consulting with the collaboration of a workshop. In each session, we provide strategic guidance, a tactical implementation plan, and the opportunity for business leaders to learn alongside others facing similar challenges.

Since launching, we’ve maintained a 90% customer satisfaction rating and helped thousands of SMBs achieve meaningful, measurable growth. More importantly, we’ve helped founders and business owners build the skills and mindsets that continue to compound long after they leave the room.

About the Director of Sales & Growth In this role, you’ll play a key client‑facing role within the Advisory Practice.

You’ll work directly with founders to uncover growth challenges, design effective strategies, and translate them into clear, actionable steps. You’ll gain exposure across industries, develop the pattern recognition that only comes from working with hundreds of businesses, and grow as both a leader and an operator. This role develops the next generation of leaders at Acquisition.com through mentorship, executive visibility, and hands‑on operational experience.
