Head of Sales – Engineered Wood, EMEA (m/f/d) Key responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow market share and revenue
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team across EMEA
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and specifiers
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to align regional goals
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategy
Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics
Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Capabilities/Competencies
Sales strategy and roadmap development
Cross‑functional collaboration
Channel management and Customer negotiation skills
Fluent in German and English
Strong team management and inter‑personal skills being able to work beyond boundaries.
Takes personal ownership for advancing significant change.
Executive presence and strong presentation skills with strong verbal and written communication

Identifies and prioritizes the most critical future factors for making decisions.
