What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Design and evolve infrastructure, architecture, and platform capabilities for scalable development
Lead efforts to enhance platform resilience and reliability, including chaos testing and observability
Build internal tools and shared services to improve developer productivity
Contribute to infrastructure‑as‑code, automation, and underlying services such as Kubernetes and CI/CD
Mentor engineers across teams and advocate for platform‑first thinking
What is Required (Qualifications)
8+ years of experience in software development at Staff/Principal level, specifically in infrastructure or platform engineering
Deep experience with cloud‑native infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, CDK)
Proven success in leading large technical initiatives with strong systems thinking
Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Go, Ruby, Python)
Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with CI/CD systems, monitoring stacks, and infrastructure automation
Passion for mentorship and commitment to growing engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing
Familiarity with business‑aligned technical strategies and initiatives
