Responsibilities About this Team: The Sales Solutions team partners with cross‑functional stakeholders to design, scale, and operationalize sales initiatives across North America. Acting as the connective layer between functions, the team program manages by ensuring alignment, resolving challenges, and delivering scalable solutions that empower the sales organization to achieve growth.

About this role: We have an opening for a Sales Solutions Manager role, who will join as an individual contributor directly reporting to the Director of that department. This person will leverage the following skillsets in their day‑to‑day: strategic thinking, tactical planning, relationship building and program management to synthesize business goals and partner with key cross‑functional partners on developing an executable action plan, driving implementation, and defining measurable success metrics to enable our sales team for long‑term success.

Key Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Planning: Define program goals, success metrics, and timelines that tie directly to business priorities; build clear frameworks and roadmaps to guide execution and ensure alignment with Sales and XFN teams; translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver measurable outcomes.

Cross‑Functional Coordination: Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Ops to drive alignment and accountability; manage stakeholder engagement across multiple teams, ensuring clarity and momentum.

Program Operations: Analyze workflows and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement; implement scalable processes that boost productivity and operational effectiveness; maintain program documentation, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Leadership & Stakeholder Reporting: Monitor program progress, track key metrics, and provide insights to leadership; highlight risks, issues, and dependencies while recommending mitigation strategies; prepare regular status updates, presentations, and dashboards for executive stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement & Impact: Evaluate program outcomes and identify opportunities to optimize performance; share lessons learned and best practices across teams to scale successful initiatives; support innovation by building flexible frameworks that adapt to evolving adtech priorities.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements

5+ years of program management experience in technical sales within a fast‑paced, global team environment.

Strong project management expertise with a proven track record of delivering projects in digital media and adtech product environments.

Ability to define and measure success metrics, analyze results, communicate insights effectively, and iterate to optimize outcomes.

Ability to organize and present multiple sources of information in a structured and clear format; detail oriented; can coordinate across multiple teams/countries.

Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and pivot plans to meet new requirements in a swift and agile manner.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead conversations and facilitate discussions.

Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and manage projects across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with TikTok's ad products, ad server platform, and ecosystem.

Experience driving complex initiatives with a focus on product adoption and revenue enablement.

Proven ability to map stakeholders and shape joint initiatives.

Job Information Compensation is announced as a base salary range of $80,000–$133,334 annually, with additional discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days, and 17 days of paid personal time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure). The company reserves the right to modify or change these benefit programs at any time, with or without notice.
