2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Largest Distributor of Wireless Voice, Data, and Video Solutions in North America Partnerships with Motorola, JVC Kenwood, Avigilon, +More 75+ Branches Across North America Reporting to the Director of Accounting, the Senior Accountant is responsible for creating and maintaining account reconciliations, assisting with month‑end close, composing journal entries, maintaining fixed assets, and working with operations partners to review monthly profit and loss statements. The role expects identification and implementation of process improvements and efficiencies, and support of new acquisitions integration. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and demonstrated knowledge of technical and operational accounting and finance functions are required. Responsibilities

Assist with audit support and interface with external and internal audit teams. Assist with annual budget process and periodic re‑forecasts. Assist in the preparation of estimated tax calculations. Continuously improve processes, reporting, and control environment. Demonstrate excellent time management and prioritize competing responsibilities with minimal oversight. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners. Own month‑end close checklist for assigned geographic regions. Own assigned balance sheet reconciliations. Own assigned P & L variance accounts. Partner with stakeholders to streamline processes and improve operating capability and reporting opportunities. Participate in special projects as assigned. Provide useful insights to stakeholders. Prepare and post assigned journal entries in accordance with policy. Respond to federal and state tax notices. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual analytical review for assigned regions. Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of Finance or Accounting experience. Degree in Accounting or Finance. 3+ years of public accounting experience and/or CPA license. Financial reporting experience. System implementation experience. ASC 606 experience. Billing experience. Private equity industry experience. Data‑driven, fact‑based, detail‑oriented analysis approach. Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects. Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced dynamic environment. Proficiency in Excel. Experience with JDE. Drug screenings and background checks are part of hiring process. Benefits
