Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a
Full‑Charge Bookkeeper
to join our collaborative team in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented accounting professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, creative environment and enjoys taking ownership of the full accounting cycle — from daily transactions to financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
full‑cycle bookkeeping process
including AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
Prepare and analyze
monthly financial statements , balance sheets, and P&L reports
Handle
vendor payments , expense reimbursements, and client invoicing
Reconcile
bank and credit card accounts
and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with the leadership team and external CPA for quarterly and year‑end reporting
Ensure compliance with
GAAP
and local/state/federal tax requirements
Support budgeting, forecasting, and project accounting as needed
Maintain organized digital records and financial documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
5+ years of progressive bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in a professional services or design firm
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and general Apple software
Strong understanding of accrual‑based accounting and general ledger structure
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams

Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000 annually
This salary range represents the
base annual compensation
for this role. The final offer will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: skillset and qualifications, geographic location within the state, and market conditions.
Additional components of compensation, such as bonuses if applicable, may be offered as part of the total compensation package.
