We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to oversee digital strategy and execution for both the ORW and 4 Wheel Parts brands. This role will drive performance marketing, website optimization, and digital content initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion across all online channels.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee monthly PPC campaigns in partnership with LASEO, managing spend allocation, performance reporting, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Monitor SEO performance and ensure on‑site content accuracy and optimization.

Manage and optimize Google My Business listings and local SEO for multiple locations.

Lead and improve web conversion rates, using data‑driven insights to refine user experience and funnel performance.

Manage META (Facebook/Instagram) advertising strategy, targeting, and creative execution to drive traffic and engagement.

Partner with internal teams and vendors to assist in the transition and implementation of a new website platform—providing input on structure, design, content, and launch coordination.

Collaborate with IT, e‑commerce, and creative teams to ensure functionality aligns with marketing and brand objectives.

Maintain brand consistency and a seamless user journey across all digital properties.

Coordinate digital assets, creative materials, and content for both paid and organic marketing campaigns.

Align digital initiatives with broader brand campaigns and promotions to maximize reach and engagement.

Supervise and mentor 1–2 web team members, providing guidance, task delegation, and performance oversight.

Foster collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of digital projects and campaigns.

Track and report on campaign metrics, conversion performance, and SEO rankings.

Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to optimize ROI and campaign performance.

Maintain a regular cadence of analytics reporting for leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

4–6 years of progressive digital marketing experience, preferably in retail, automotive, or e‑commerce environments.

Proven experience managing PPC, SEO, social media advertising (META), and Google Analytics.

Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and e‑commerce marketing best practices.

Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.

Experience working in multi‑brand or multi‑location environments is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Adobe Commerce/Magento, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools (SEMRush, Moz, etc.).

Familiarity with UX/UI principles and A/B testing methodologies.

Knowledge of current and emerging trends in digital marketing, social commerce, and local SEO.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
