They’re hiring a

PPC/SEM Manager

to lead paid search strategy and execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and related platforms. This person will own campaign management, performance optimization, and conversion strategy to generate high‑quality leads and drive measurable growth.

About the Role The

PPC/SEM Manager

is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns that maximize lead generation. In addition to paid search, this role will collaborate on landing page optimization, content strategy, and conversion funnel improvements. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and deeply experienced in digital advertising – comfortable managing budgets, analyzing data, and continuously refining campaigns for performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize SEM and PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

Manage targeting, keyword strategy, and ad copy to increase qualified leads.

Implement additional advertising strategies across YouTube, Reddit, and other platforms.

Optimize landing pages and website content for higher conversion rates.

Collaborate with internal teams on SEO, content creation, and link‑building initiatives.

Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand standards and SEM guidelines.

Partner with creative teams to develop scripts and organic video content.

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable reporting and insights.

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of hands‑on experience managing PPC or SEM campaigns.

Strong understanding of SEM, PPC, SEO, and digital advertising best practices.

Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets.

Working knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative mindset with a passion for data‑driven marketing.

Experience with Asana or other project management tools a plus.
