Full Life‑Cycle Recruitment | Creative, Marketing + Digital Talent We are seeking a talented Senior Level Email Marketer & Writer to drive revenue and engagement across our client's portfolio of D2C wellness brands. This role combines creative, health-focused storytelling with a data-driven strategy to maximize retention and Lifetime Value (LTV) across email and SMS channels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution: Plan, write, and deploy high-performing lifecycle emails, newsletters, and SMS campaigns for multiple wellness brands using platforms like Klaviyo.
Retention & LTV: Develop, manage, and optimize automated flows (welcome, nurture, win-back) and segmentation to improve customer retention.
Copy & Compliance: Write short- and long-form copy that adapts to each brand's unique voice and tone while ensuring all claims adhere to compliance standards.
Optimization: Lead A/B testing and analyze campaign metrics (CTR, conversion, revenue) to continuously refine creative and strategy.
Qualifications
3–5 years D2C/eCommerce email marketing and copywriting experience (health, wellness, or supplements strongly preferred).
Deep understanding of the supplement industry's benefits and consumer motivations.
Proven success managing campaigns in Klaviyo or similar ESPs.
Strong writing portfolio and a data-driven mindset comfortable with interpreting metrics.
