Base pay: $145.00/hr - $175.00/hr
$100,000 equity ownership after 3 years of employment
Industry‑leading 10% company‑funded 401(k) up to IRS limit of $35,000
$4,000 tax‑free CME/BEA annually
$6,500 plus state and DEA license in year one for new graduates

Attendings supervise IM and FM residents along with medical students
