Job Summary
– Nocturnist Hospital Medicine PRN Advanced Practice Provider opportunity with MedStar Health. This 100% inpatient position offers the opportunity to work with a highly collaborative team doing admissions and cross coverage for medical patients with access to the resources provided by a large healthcare system. In this inpatient setting, you will work a night shift schedule while enhancing our current Hospital Medicine Model. Clinicians are expected to focus on evidence-based medicine to improve patient quality, safety, throughput, and patient experience and communication.
Key Responsibilities
– Performs a variety of duties such as history and physicals as well as providing care to assigned patients. Assesses, diagnoses, documents findings, and writes medical orders. Makes clinical decisions relative to patient management through collaboration with physicians.
