Overview
Nocturnist Hospital Medicine PRN Advanced Practice Provider (ACNP or PA) opportunity with MedStar Health in the Washington, D.C. and Southern Maryland region. This 100% inpatient position offers the opportunity to work with a highly collaborative team doing admissions and cross coverage for medical patients with access to the resources provided by a large healthcare system. In this inpatient setting, you will work a night shift schedule while enhancing our Hospital Medicine Model. Clinicians are expected to focus on evidence-based medicine to improve patient quality, safety, throughput, and patient experience and communication. Responsibilities
Perform a variety of duties including history and physicals, assess and diagnose patients, document findings, and write medical orders. Make clinical decisions relative to patient management through collaboration with physicians. Qualifications
ACNP or PA with inpatient hospital medicine experience preferred Ability to work night shifts; strong communication and teamwork Compensation
Hiring range USD $80.00 - USD $100.00 per hour. Additional Information
