Professional Services Coordinator – Axon

Your Impact As a Professional Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Professional Services team and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You’ll partner with Professional Services Managers, sales representatives, customer success managers, and external vendors to communicate timelines and set clear service expectations. In this pre- and post-sale frontline role, you’ll help prepare Professional Services Managers for the deployment of Axon hardware, software, and trial programs while also coordinating contract details and implementation schedules.
Location This role is based out of one of our hub locations (Scottsdale AZ, Atlanta GA, Denver CO, Boston MA, Seattle WA, Washington DC, San Francisco CA) and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. Responsibilities
Act as a primary coordination liaison between internal and external resources and the Axon customers.
Coordinates, and has direct responsibility for on-time deliverables, scheduling and/or specific set of tasks to support Axon Customers and our Professional Services and Trials team.
Draft, edit and prepare correspondence, reports and other material using word processing, spreadsheets and/or databases.
Organizes and implements administrative systems and procedures performing necessary support duties.
Prepares and maintains records, reviews of complex documents, reports, etc., to assure compliance and notifies supervisor of unusual situations.
Maintain PSO calendar and keep internal and external stakeholders updated on deployment dates and deliverables.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5+ years of proven and referenceable experience in a similar role.
Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Advanced knowledge of confirming and rescheduling appointments, as well as record keeping practices.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and communication skills.
Experience with Sales Force, Microsoft Office Applications, Smartsheet, Slack, Team Up and QUIP is advantageous.

Compensation The starting base pay for this role is between $52,650 in the lowest geographic market and $84,240 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
