The Leadership Development Program (LDP) Experience
15+ participants with diverse backgrounds.
3–5 rotations over 2 years, with flexibility to co‑create your rotation experience based on skills, interests, and career goals.
Opportunity to work with senior leaders on highly impactful and complex projects that will shape Axon’s strategy and future direction.
Explore rotations across key functions and teams, including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Strategy & Operations, Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, People Operations, Virtual Reality, Product Development, Investor Relations, and more.
Mentorship from a well‑established network of LDP alumni, including President Josh Isner.
LDP‑specific programming (panels, speaker sessions, mentorship) focused on career development and leadership training.
Social events, such as Axon Suite at NBA games and concerts, that support the development of the tight‑knit LDP community and provide exposure to the broader Axon community.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree, with an expected graduation date by June 2026.
Demonstrated leadership experience.
Passion for problem‑solving.
Enthusiasm for Axon’s mission and core values.
Important Notes
Start date: August 2026.
Location: Boston, MA; rotations may include other offices such as Scottsdale (Axon HQ), Seattle, Washington DC, London, Ho Chi Minh City, and Sydney. Hybrid schedule: onsite Tuesdays‑Friday, remote Mondays unless approved.
Travel: Domestic and/or international travel; frequency varies by rotation.
Open to all qualified applicants, including international applicants from non‑U.S. colleges. J‑1 Exchange Visitor sponsorship available if requirements met.

The Pay:
Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 60,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 80,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent on many factors, such as level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
