Enterprise Sales Development Representative

This opportunity includes:
2 weeks of hands‑on training with SV Academy’s instructor team prior to beginning the role
A full‑time, paid Enterprise SDR Residency with a high‑growth SaaS company
Continuous mentorship, professional development, and on‑the‑job coaching
About the Role As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by generating qualified opportunities for the sales team. You’ll connect with data, analytics, and engineering leaders at some of the world’s most recognized brands, helping them solve the costly problem of unreliable or broken data pipelines.
What You’ll Do
Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to spark conversations and generate interest in the company’s data reliability solutions
Research and qualify enterprise‑level prospects to understand their data infrastructure, challenges, and business priorities
Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign strategies
Track all outreach and engagement metrics in the CRM
Consistently meet or exceed activity and qualified meeting goals

Compensation $50,000 base + $25,000 commission (OTE: $75,000)
Location Fully remote in NY (must be based in the U.S. and willing to travel occasionally for team meetings)
