Enterprise Sales Development Representatives (Enterprise SDRs) Service Express is hiring Enterprise Sales Development Representatives (Enterprise SDRs) to join our growing sales team! We’re looking for a driven, strategic, and curious professional who thrives in a consultative sales environment.

Your role as an Enterprise SDR will be to identify, engage, and qualify enterprise-level organizations to create new sales opportunities and pipeline for our Senior Account Executives (SAEs). You’ll work with complex, multi-stakeholder accounts — applying thoughtful research, communication, and business acumen to spark high-value conversations about IT strategy, risk mitigation, and infrastructure optimization.

What a typical day as an Enterprise SDR looks like:

Working alongside a high-performing, growth-oriented SDR team in a hybrid environment.

Using a variety of outreach tools such as phone, email, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and 6sense to connect with strategic enterprise accounts.

Researching and mapping accounts to identify key decision-makers and align Service Express’ solutions with business challenges.

Partnering closely with Senior Account Executives to develop personalized account strategies and messaging by vertical or technology stack.

Confidently delivering the Service Express value proposition, clearly differentiating our services from OEM and competitor offerings.

Balancing quality and quantity in your outreach — ensuring every conversation creates measurable impact.

Tracking, measuring, and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly metrics including qualified meetings, opportunities identified, and pipeline contribution.

What we hope you will bring to the position:

1–3+ years of B2B sales or prospecting experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or IT services.

Proven ability to engage senior-level IT or procurement professionals and discuss topics around infrastructure, risk, and cost optimization.

Strong skills in research-based, multi-channel outreach, tailoring messages to specific industries, personas, and pain points.

Excellent communication and objection-handling skills with the confidence to navigate complex buying groups.

Highly organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a bias for action.

Team-focused and collaborative, celebrating wins and sharing insights to elevate peers.

A “never stop learning” mentality and openness to feedback and professional growth.

$50–55k base + uncapped commission, with on-target earnings of $60–70k+.
