IT Operations Technician

who is passionate about helping people succeed with technology. In this role, you'll collaborate with colleagues across the business, provide training and support, and help improve how we use Microsoft 365 and other IT systems. This is a hands-on role where you'll be solving problems, enabling productivity, and making a real difference in the day-to-day work of your coworkers. As an

IT Operations Technician , you will be responsible for: Provide day-to-day IT support for employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues

Configure and deploy Windows 11 and macOS workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices

Handle IT onboarding and offboarding: account setup, device provisioning, access rights, and training

Support and guide employees in using Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office)

Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Azure AD, Intune, and Windows Defender

Manage hardware and software assets, ensuring lifecycle management (deployment, upgrades, retirements

Use IT ticketing system to log, track, and resolve issues

Collaborate to troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and suggest improvements

Participate in on-call rotation or after-hours support when required

Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience (2-3 years in IT support or operations)

Hands-on experience supporting Windows 11, macOS, and mobile devices (iOS/Android)

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook)

Experience administering Microsoft 365 environment, including Azure AD and Intune

Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless) and endpoint security tools

What you'll bring: Experience with asset management and IT ticketing systems

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

Strong customer-service mindset with ability to build trust and support colleagues effectively

Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team

Experience with Windows Defender, compliance tools, or IT automation.
