Responsibilities
Lead a patient‑centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism
Conduct comprehensive full‑mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
Offer treatment‑planning options and discuss them with patients
Provide high‑quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
Maintain awareness of the budget and work with Operations to attain financial objectives
Mentor and coach new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals
Stay abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
Network with professional groups, dental associations, and societies to represent Aspen Dental‑branded practices in the community
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Excellent clinical skills and patient‑care focus
Leadership ability and team‑building experience
Strong communication and organization skills
