As a Senior Account Executive, you will be part of a team responsible for calling on and working with agencies and their online advertising clients in the respective geographic areas. You will be expected to build upon the successes of existing customers and develop new relationships with the industry's top marketing minds.
What you'll do
Actively seek new revenue streams and promote account expansion by driving growth through new business, up‑selling, and cross‑selling opportunities.
Manage comprehensive client communication, strategic planning, and resolution of account challenges to enhance client satisfaction, strengthening executive‑level relationships within assigned accounts.
Demonstrate strong communication skills across phone, email, and in‑person interactions, with the ability to work independently to acquire new clients.
Lead contract negotiations to support new sales and expand existing accounts.
Manage revenue forecasting (via Salesforce.com) and ensure sales data is recorded accurately.
Facilitate and organize team‑building events with clients.
Who you are
Minimum 5 – 8 years sales experience in programmatic, ad tech, and online advertising.
Outgoing and adept at creating professional relationships.
Experience in audience‑based selling of digital media.
Strong understanding of the fundamentals of online advertising processes and technology.
You must be work‑authorized in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
The expected annual base salary range for this position is $128,700 – $149,600.
On top of a competitive salary, this position includes eligibility for a performance bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. Depending on your location, this may include generous vacation, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and retirement plans.
